The term ‘Army Surplus’ refers to bunch of item like clothes, boots, and headgear to camping equipment and other outdoor activity equipments etc from the military background. The military surplus bought by the Ministry of Defense is utilized by its military workforces for necessity and the extra stuffs are to other retail merchants or stores, including internet sites for resale to the public or for business purpose. 

Most of the army surpluses are entirely new not use before and these are known as super grade. Some of the surplus items are used before known as grade one. These items are put into service, but are not spoiled or damaged. The old products which are damaged or spoiled by some means are known as grade two and can generally be bought reasonably but for free. This Grading method is primarily applicable for clothes and footgear, but can be used for camps and other outdoor equipment as well that has got surplus to necessity by the Ministry of Defense or other authorities throughout the world.
